New accounts receive full access to one property deal at no cost and with no payment method required. The free trial does not expire and does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
The paid plan is $99/year, billed immediately upon purchase, and renews automatically at $99/year (or the then-current price) on each anniversary of your original purchase date, until canceled.
If you're not satisfied, contact support@rivalagent.ai within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge for a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests made after 14 days are considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@rivalagent.ai. Canceling stops future renewal charges. If you cancel outside the 14-day refund window, you'll retain access through the end of your current paid period, but the remaining balance of that period is not refunded.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us directly before filing a chargeback with your bank — we're able to resolve most billing issues faster than a bank dispute process, and it helps us keep the Service running smoothly for everyone.
